- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
Refund Method

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@evenor.co.uk with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
